Mugi miso soup with clams. Did any of you ever tried with mugi (barley) miso? Most recipes use red or white miso. I liked the taste, but I want to know your feedback.

Iekei is underrated; up there as one of my favorite style of Ramens. Kichijōji was my go to spot. If you like pancakes, they have an “Original Pancake House” around that stop. Pretty solid Dutch Babys, Apple Pancakes, and Mandarin Crepes.
