I still can’t believe this is real tbh such great news! At point (f) it’s says WHV is granted to those who intends to leave the receiving country at the end of his or her stay and not altering his or her status of residence during the stay, does this mean that if I want a working visa I absolutely have to leave Japan and apply from Italy? I know that sometimes it’s possible to change from a WHV to a working visa without leaving Japan, does anyone know how these things work?
