I’ve started learning vocabulary on anki, and I was hoping to be able to learn new cards only when I have the time using the ‘custom study’ feature, but it’s not doing anything when I try it. It says available new cards 0 (783 in subdecks), if that is relevant. I then tried to increase the new cards in the deck options, but it keeps coming up with random numbers of new cards. If I want 1 new cards a day it gives me 10, if I want 15 it gives me 100 ect.
I have no idea what I’ve done, please help.

Try uploading a couple of pictures on [imgur.com](https://imgur.com) I don’t understand the problem at all.
You should just be able to click on Custom Study > “increase todays new card limit by” and then input a number.
