Upon entering a completely new thread and correcting Bing. It was able to properly write haikus.
Here are two I had it write. (I’m not using the new Bing chatbot to learn Japanese. I’m taking Japanese as a second major. I enjoy writing haikus. This is just a fun experiment.) I want to know what y’all think of these haikus.
波の音
海に聞こえる
夏の歌
春の風
花びら落ちる
桜の木

It fits the criteria for theme and meter, but honestly, those phrases sound more like anisong lyrics than haiku. May just be the simplicity though.
