Idk exactly how to describe it, but I have a small oven/grill in a drawer that pulls out underneath my stove. Above the grate where you place food is a pan that says 水を入れてください (please put in water). I’m wondering what kind of food I can cook and how it’s cooked. Is this for steaming fish? Can I use it for chicken or other meats?
