Bought an item off amazon in January that was paid for in January, which was faulty. I returned it at the beginning of February and the refund was confirmed by amazon.
I haven’t seen any balance being added to my bank balance or anything being reflected on my rakuten bank application. Was wondering if anyone knows what the process is with refunds

I think it will be credited to your credit card. That is, your next bill will be reduced by said amount, unless you next bill is less than that. In which case, it should be deposited back into your bank account.
