  2. 鼻高is being proud but I wouldn’t consider it to mean arrogance. Usually it’s used to describe an indirect point of pride, ie, something a family member did. Normally you wouldn’t used it to describe something you did yourself.

    「あなたもお子様が優秀で鼻が高いでしょう」”you must be so proud of how well your Child is doing”

  3. 鼻高 (Hanadaka) mean either “high nose” or “pride”.
    AFAIK it’s used to describe someone who’s proud of something.
