Hello, was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for foreigners in Tokyo who don’t speak very good Japanese to get a regular doctor’s check-up. Wanted to check all my levels were okay and all that. Noticed I lost quite a bit of weight and need some help gaining some more again. Thank you!

Tokyo Midtown Clinic.
They have English speaking staff, and give you the results in clear English.
If you are a full-time employee your employer will organize it and a basic physical is free. It is statutory for them to do so every year, by the way.
