  1. So long as they actually go after the fishing boats their tracking system detects, that’s good.

    No doubt, “All your base are belong to us” China will object, since they appear to view the Earth’s oceans and everything within as their birthright. One of their foreign ministers might actually have to draft an entirely new complaint instead of just loading a template.
