Need some information and advice for a 84 year old senior. Here is the situation, this person has a US Greencard and originally from Japan has lived here in the US since 1960s. They still have an income and now they want to return to Japan to spend the rest of their years: what can they expect to happen, would they be allowed services, and what costs would be applied to them?
