The kanji is 「或曰」. The first one is just an archaic form of 有る。 And the second one means, “To report, known as”. Maybe it’s like 或る人曰く(ある ひと いわく) and it’s like “Someone said that 〜”
You sure it’s not 或日? Meaning “on a certain day”.
