How do I read this?

There’s a line from 古代歌謠(上) that contains a combination of Kanji that I can’t seem to crack the reading of.
The kanji is 「或曰」.
The first one is just an archaic form of 有る。
And the second one means, “To report, known as”.

  1. Maybe it’s like 或る人曰く(ある ひと いわく) and it’s like “Someone said that 〜”

  2. スサノヲノ命がクシナダ姫を得えて後に其の宮を須賀に設け、其地から雲の立騰るを見て詠じたとある歌紀には或曰として分註してある。
    立騰:Rise
    註=注
