Tokyo Kyoto Osaka 12 day rough plan check

I am planning to visit Japan next year with my partner during the cherry blossom season (March 23 – April 5) from Australia. I have been to Japan a few times but it’s her first time there.

I would be grateful for an itinerary check to make sure she has the best time possible.

March 23 Sat – Travel Day arrive in Tokyo

March 24 Sun – Meiji Shrine, Yoyogi Park, Harajuku, Shibuya (she loves shopping)

March 25 Mon – Disneysea

March 26 Tues – Tsuiji outer market, Ginza, Ueno Park, Akihabara

March 27 Wed – Teamlab (she loves exhibitions and hopefully I’ll know where they reopen in 2024), Shinjuku

March 28 Thur – Travel to Hakone, Ropeway and ryokan with private onsen

March 29 Fri – Travel to Kyoto, Nikishi market, Shijo dori

March 30 Sat – Arashiyama, Kinkaku-ji

March 31 Sun – Nara half day trip, Fushimi inari

April 1 Mon – Kiyomizu-dera, Gion district, Maruyama Park

April 2 Tues – Travel to Osaka, Kuromon Market, Umeda, Tenjinbashisuji

April 3 Wed – Universal Studios

April 4 Thurs – Himeji half day trip, Dontoburi

April 5 Fri – Travel day back

Does any part of this itinerary seem unrealistic or too much? Or are there any suggestions?

I want to make her fall in love with Japan so she’ll come back here again with me next time!
