It is baffling to me why he would be arrested.
There is little doubt that he would submit for voluntary questioning.
And then sometime down the road there would be a trial.
What is accomplished by arresting him except to tarnish his reputation and paint him as guilty simply because of an accusation of a non-violent and potentially accidental act?
