3. Yes you do, but since you’re from Belgium, just a translation seems valid.

8. #1) As already stated by many others, it’s highly recommended that you avoid doing this altogether. It really is very annoying for locals. Furthermore, the number of accidents and traffic violations in general has been staggeringly high when it comes to these go-karts. Go-karts tend to be loud, smelly, etc. Drivers will honk at you out of annoyance and a lot of tourists, because they can’t read Japanese and don’t know the traffic laws, tend to do whatever they want. The costumes look lame as hell, too.

   #2) Assuming you’re okay with everything above and you are going to do it, you will need either a Japanese drivers license, an international drivers license or a SOFA license.

10. The company got sued for copyright infringement so there are no Nintendo characters anymore.
    You can ride the go-karts with international or Japanese drivers license. In my opinion it’s very dangerous as go-karts are small and very low on the ground. Cars which are higher might not see you clearly.
