  1. SIM : cheaper by unit, no extra device to charge or return, make more sense is more people want their own

WIFI : can connect more than one person on a single wifi, make more sense if you share

Regardless of the choice, I would get more than a single internet access because you will likely want to split in 2-3 groups at some points, like in restaurants that might not be able to accommodate a big group. Also do not hesitate to split if not all of you have the same interest.

Day : Asakusa first. Akihabara, stores do not open before 10-11am and they close like around 8pm. Stores on Nakamise will start to open from 9am and will close sooner. Asahi beer tower, there is some restaurant in the different Asahi buildings (the gold one with the while top that is supposed to look like a beer, the one with the golden flame and a smaller one next to them), I want to go to try the Sumidagawa Brewing beers.

Day 4 : I might well be the reddit guy. Yoyogi park can be great, that is at the right time. The right time is cherry blossom or weekend in the summer for people watching. Going in May, it might be warm enough for some people watching if you go during the weekend. Ok it was pre-covid, but the times I went during the weekend, I saw live bands playing on the sidewalk, people playing other instruments in the park, with people dancing, the rocakabilly guys at the entrance. During a week day, it’s just a park, not a garden, so the only other good thing is to go for a run or eat outside with your friends.

  2. For day 4, you can also throw ikebukuro there if you have time?

For day 5 disneysea, well, ot depends if you want to maximize your day or not, if you want to, you can still be inside of the park until 9pm (after the show which around 8, people usually go home after this, so it is good time to take down some of the busiest rides)

If you are around 9, I don’t think many will open, but you can try Ikspiari, it is pretty much downtown disney where they have mall with a lot of restaurants

For day 6, tsukiji? Yes the fish market is gone, but the restaurants and street food vendors are still there

  3. I would fit Ueno Ameyoko market on day 2 if possible. Maybe do the Asakusa area stuff in the morning/lunch time go to Ameyoko and catch the train from Ueno station to Akihabara.

On day 4 I would maybe fit Shimokitazawa in. Either during the day at some point or at night time. Night time the area is known for live music venues and if your a tourist you get into them for free.

Anyway it looks like you’re gonna have a blast.
