Okay on refold, there was this section which explained how to do immersion and hard explanations on the process.
like first you watch it raw with no subs.
then you watch it while looking up words….
and then you watch it with the target language subtitles
It explained it as something like that but I want to be sure, is there a link for it? It’s insanely hard to find for something that should be so easy to find.

Only watching the same content three times?
Watch it as many times as you have to till you understand it. I would reccomend swapping between watching with and without subtitles to practice reading and listening at the same time.
That method sounds good though, you don’t want to look up the words at first to let your brain naturally absorb them through word osmosis.
