2. God, I LOVE salmon. I wish more places had options for singular focused platters/plates like that. Only sushi places in my area have verity platters. There was one chef at a place that would make me special platters with mostly salmon, but he had to move back to Japan due to family stuff. I miss that guy, granted it was mostly for the salmon he would hook me up with, but I still miss the guy.

9. Could do without the beans in the salmon.

   The meat on the nigiri to the left side looks kinda weird. Also, what are the white flakes?
   The sashimi looks good and the rolls are appropriately easy on the amount of rice
