Nothing special… First time making it but it’s lovely.
It’s a vegetable curry with sweet potato, cabbage, carrot and parsnip.
Added paprika, ginger, crushed chili, salt, cumin and sprinkled with basil.
Cooked with a vegetable stock and I then added two cubes of s&b golden curry.
Tip: dry the meat with a paper towel first then the breading won’t fall off.
