1. so many things wrong with this chart..

   the topping of nigiri sushi would usually be called “neta” and not “tane”

   hosomaki gets described as a roll with one filling, but it can also have two or more, for example “torotaku”

   “battera” sushi doesn’t just use any fish, it is always “shimesaba” (cured mackerel)
