Hi all, looking for some comments on the itinerary to Tokyo and Hokkaido. It will be a family trip (all adults). We will also be purchasing the JR rail pass
29 Apr:
– Arrive in Tokyo in the afternoon
– check into hotel (TBC but likely to be close to JR Tokyo station)
– Travel to Yanaka, visit the yanaka ginza and neighbourhood, Nezu Shrine)
– Return to Tokyo
30 Apr:
– travel to Hakone and hike mt kintoki
1 May:
– Catch morning Shinkansen to Hakodate
– lucky Pierrot
– kanemori red brick warehouse
– mt hakodate at night
2 May:
– morning seafood market
– goryakaku park for cherry blossoms
3 May:
– Lake Onuma
– Goryakaku park for cherry blossoms
4 May:
– Depart Hakodate
– TBC at this point but thinking of stopping by at Aomori or Matsumoto for a day. Or maybe just returning to Tokyo directly? Please share any recommendations
5 May:
– Outlet shopping at Mitsui Outlet park kisarazu/ or any outlet
6 May:
– Afternoon flight home
