Fire Codes in Japan, Specifically for Outside

The other day when I went hiking, I brought a small esbit stove with me to boil water. However, when I got to the trailhead, I saw that they had a burn ban, with a picture of cigarettes and a campfire crossed out. I think it was B1. I ended up not using my stove. I don’t know what B1 means, or what other fire codes might be in Japan. Since I want to go camping soon, I was wondering if there was a way to see what each code means. Thank you!
