Got scammed in Roppongi. Credit card.

As leaving the club. Some lady invited us over for a massage. the charge is $20 and $100 for happy ending.

as i got home. i noticed all 3 of my credit cards were charged different amounts over $300.

What would you recommend doing aftermath? i will call my bank upon arriving back to the states. is there a point to go police or just skip the trouble?

  1. I’ll just call the back with receipt real quick, police won’t do much here to these kind of crime iirc

  2. Don’t use a credit card for questionable activities. If you’d have gone on a yakuza bender they would have maxed it out.

That last question I don’t have any advice for though I’m afraid.

  3. There is a website called Tokyo Adult Guide that has reviews of various services you can get and what you pay for them. I recommend them next time as you can get a decent service at a decent price. I’m not affiliated with them.

  4. So where did you get scammed? At the club or at the sexy massage? Kinda on you if you engage in sketchy services

  5. Calls police,

Police: What can I help you with?

You: uuhhh… I’d like to report a not so happy ending…..

  6. Call your bank(s) before you leave. They may insist you file a police report as part of the chargeback process.
