I was wondering if anyone has used Ichijo Corporation for their house maker? Their houses look really nice and I thought their insulation and solar panels were worth the price. But, I don’t know much about it.
Also, do people haggle on this kind of thing?

We went through the aprocess with them right until we didn’t end up signing the contract (unrelated reasons).
My impression: they are good value for money as they make good houses (great insulation, ventilation, etc.) for a fair price. Very little ability to customize as the houses are prefabricated elsewhere.
Would buy from them if the opportunity arose again in the future.
Don’t recall any haggling apart for the land they helped us find. In my area there’s some streets in which every house is Ichijo, and from the outside they tend to look the same due to the limitation in tile / tile colours.
