So my IIJmio subscription as been suspended because of failure of payment, I hadn’t gotten my payment yet, so I didn’t have enough money on my card at the time. So now I need to pay for that last month in order to reactivate my subscription. I got an email saying that en invoice for this payment has been sent to my registered address in Tokyo, although I am away from that address right now and won’t be back in Tokyo for a good while. Does anyone know if there is anyway to pay this invoice through like a bank transfere or something like that? I can’t find any information about it, and IIJmio seems to only have customer support in Japanese, and I am not good at all in Japanese, does anyone have any suggetions?

you can probably call and get a bank account for domestic payment after some explanation of why you’re away. however that will require speaking japanese. ask a friend?
You can use their chat support. They will ask you if you want to receive another bill to your current address (update it in your account settings). They will also give you the option of bank transfer and provide you with their account information. Should take a day after payment for them to lift the suspension.
Only in japanese, but you can use DeepL/chat gpt help you with translation or ask a friend.
