This breed of cherry blossom is known as Kawazu Sakura and is found in Kawazu, a town further south of Atami and Ito. It’s about 1.5 hours or so from Tokyo depending on the train type.
It’s a different breed that blooms earlier and stay up longer than the famous sakura that we are well acquainted with.
