this place in the APA hotel is a hidden gem, the fish was delicious and I appreciated how the nigiri was the right temperature too. went here during COVID, so they closed their sushi bar and I couldn’t eat omakase there 🙁 price was $120 which is pretty reasonable for omakase, they also have a ton of non sushi dishes as well!
