3D Printers – What do you use to fill FDM lines?

Hey hobbyists!
I recently got into 3d printing and I was wondering if there is a (cheap) local product people mostly use to smooth out fdm prints here. I know there are several overseas (various types of putty, filler primers…) but I can’t seem to find the same brands on amazon.

Suggestions?

    I have an Ender 5 Plus (silent board, aluminum extruder gear, and other minor upgrades)

    I was hoping to get into (Star Wars) helmet making but it’s taken me a year to get used to my machine.
    It’s been a love-hate relationship. Between stuff breaking down and stuff not sticking to the plate, I think I’ve encountered every problem imaginable.
    I’ll be happy when there’s a reasonably priced machine that has a bed of the same size with a touchscreen panel.
