4th attempt, tried ‘callacornia rolls.’ – raw fish is hard to find here, so tinned tuna, fish sticks and smoked salmon had to do!

2. Looks good to me! I expected to see corn in it based on the name but more realized auto correct did not help you today.

3. May I recommend fried calamari/popcorn shrimp or the shrimp cocktail ring. You can get all of that frozen at most stores. I can’t watch you use canned tuna without trying to help.

4. I have found canned tuna can be dry, haven’t tried it myself but I had the idea of using Japanese mayo to counteract that

5. I dunno if u have any stores around like Aldis, but sometimes those “discount” stores sell frozen, cooked, tempura shrimp. I feel like they’d be a delish addition. Your Rolls look great tho, sometimes you have to get creative in the kitchen

6. Too much overlap with the rice
