I’m looking for a company where I could do an internship as an international. I’m studying multimedia so anything related to Web Design, Video editing, 3D animation, or Graphic Design. I just dont know how to find the right company as someone not fluent in Japanese. If someone can help, I would be very thankful!

Pretty much any business in this category is going to be catering to the Japanese market and as such, Japanese is likely a requirement.

You really should be moving to Japan to try to learn the language if you don’t already know it. Maybe instead of an internship you should try enrolling in a language school like Arc Academy or ISI. Then once you gain some Japanese ability you can try to apply to internships/jobs and see how that goes.
Otherwise, if you’re looking for an English language internship in this field, LA is probably your best bet. They have Little Tokyo, at least.
