I am currently planning to move to Japan sometime next year and would like to ask for some references or information if possible please!

My questions:
\- Are there any aerospace OEM companies in japan that hire foreigners that are involved in building aircraft? If not available, are there any suppliers for aerospace/space companies that might deal with control systems/avionics/flight controls design, testing or research?
\- Are there any companies (if not aerospace then maybe automotive?) that are involved in designing control systems?
\- Are there any specific paths you would recommend to increase the possible of getting hired? Applying through a recruiter? Applying directly?

Background:
\- 3 years experience as a flight controls engineer in an japanese aerospace company in the U.S that doesn’t do any of its aerospace work in japan
\- BS in Mechanical Engineering and MSE in Electrical engineering with a focus on control systems
\- JLPT N2
\- Would like to move because many of my friends are from there, my girlfriend is from there, and every time I have visited I have enjoyed my time there!
