  1. I thought they poured gravy on it and I was disgusted for a second lol. I’m assuming it’s probably a curry sauce?

  2. Japanese eggs have next to no threat of salmonella, that’s why they get away with serving omurice like this.

  3. I never get tired of this. It took me years to cook omurice like this. It’s a ball ache, but so satisfying when you get it right.
