  1. The left have never liked Abe, and the right are furious with LDP’s affiliation with the Unified Church (which they always knew but never wanted to face), together with a weak leader small wonder why there’s so much opposition

  2. Sure, some people didn’t like Abe. But it seems to me there’s more of an annoyance at Kishida having stepped out of line so ‘Well we can’t have that, better all object, hey?’ attitude. The whole conversation is tasteless. He was assassinated in the street ffs.
