I have a question regarding health insurance. I am planning to move in either July or August and by then I will be receiving the next set of payments for my health insurance. From my understanding, the money is owed to the current city I lived in last year. Once I move, won’t I be issued another health insurance card in which needs to be paid as well? Will I have to pay for both municipalities if I do move in July or August?

Easy. It doesn’t matter until you go to the local Town Hall and get your new local ID. After you switch your local residence and are issued the new ID card you use that to change insurance. Until you change cities you keep current insurance.
Note: you will pay overlapping insurance rates of like 1-2 weeks depending on when you go. Each prefecture is its own insurance policy so to speak. So unlikely to get prorated. But who knows, you can ask.
