4. [kombu tsukudani?](https://www.justonecookbook.com/simmered-kombu-tsukudani/) can’t tell from the picture but as others have said, that looks more like [hijiki](https://www.justonecookbook.com/hijiki-salad/) than kombu

   This is Hijiki（ひじき）very good taste 👍
   A kind of seaweed.

7. Hijiki for sure. One of my favorites from growing up. I still make it regularly. Usually it’s a little sweet with the soy sauce/mirin…mine always has little strips of konyaku and carrot was well. I always tease it looks like cooked leeches, lol.
