Hijiki for sure. One of my favorites from growing up. I still make it regularly. Usually it’s a little sweet with the soy sauce/mirin…mine always has little strips of konyaku and carrot was well. I always tease it looks like cooked leeches, lol.

it might be ‘hijiki’.
