Too much to do in 2 full days and two partial days?

Day 1: arrive in tokyo by train from kyoto around 10:00am. Go to Hotel Gracery Cafe and ship to see godzilla stuff. Shon-gyeon park. Shibuya crossing. Shibuya 109 shopping. Shibuya sky for sunset.

Day 2: semso-ji temple and nakamise shopping. Shibuya-takeshita st. Cafe in shinjuku. Harajuku shopping. At night golden gai.

Day 3: go to yokohama and do the cup of noodle and ramen musem and the gundum dock. At night go to akihabara and ginza st.

Day 4: Yanaka Ginza, leave for airport by 3pm.

Does this seem too tight? How long do peoplw usually spend shopping in each of Shibuya, shinjuku, and harajuku?

We currently have 4.5 days in Kyoto beforehand. We can either add one more day in Kyoto ( it is going to be cherry blossom time so very busy) or one more day in tokyo.

Thanks for any advice!

  1. Day 3 might be too full – note that it takes over 60-90 minutes iirc to get to Yokohama, one way. If you’re gonna go down south, just plan a day in/around Yokohama.

    Edit for clarity.

  2. >At night go to akihabara

Why? Akihabara isn’t really a night life district.

    >How long do peoplw usually spend shopping in each of Shibuya, shinjuku, and harajuku?

How long is a piece of string? You could probably spend multiple days shopping in each of those areas if you really wanted to.
