Which activities on my itinerary should I do during Golden Week in Tokyo?

I arrive in Tokyo on May 5th and I know the following two days are the last days of Golden Week, so I expect Tokyo to be more crowded than usual. I’ll be in Tokyo for 6 days and while I don’t need each day to be meticulously planned out, I’m having trouble knowing whether some activity is better to wait for the following Monday.

Things I’m planning on doing in Tokyo (not in any particular order):

Ghibli Museum (\*pending exact day once tickets are open in April)

Tokyo National Museum

TeamLab: Planets

Mt. Fuji / Hakone tour (currently scheduled for Monday but I can change that)

Various neighborhoods & streets: Asakusa, Golden Gai, Jimbocho, Shibuya City, Koenji, Yanaka, Takeshita-dori

Other possible places are: Emerging Technology Museum & Tokyo Tower

**Are any of these things a \*must not\* during Golden Week?** I’m all for just wandering around on Saturday and Sunday if that’s the best thing to do.
