Yea.. one pack (1g) is as sweet as 5g of (real) sugar.
No it contains sugar as the first ingredient. Then artificial sweeteners (potassium acesulfame and aspartame l-phenylalanine) so it is a blend of sugar and artificial.
It’s not sugar free and it contains l-phenylalanine compound
