Hi, I’m looking to build to rent here in japan. Was wondering for those of you that have built property here how much did it cost you? And if anybody here has knowledge or experience in developing any types of apartment buildings. But for example 3 stories high 6 units each unit around 35-40m squared. Would be great to hear from those who have experience! Thanks
