I know this is impossible to ask here but I will try. My current job will end after of March and now I’m hunting for a new job that I can manifest (being: illustrator, assistant of manga artists, involving on game creations, and such)
I know all of these are on otaku side, but I’m very confident of my ideas and even my skills when it comes to illustration since I was a kid.
I really want to expose myself to multimedia industry but I just don’t know where to start. So if anyone knows where to look these kind of jobs, please let me know.

Go to company websites, check current postings and apply.
Lots of jobs are also dispatch /freelance so check on Japanese job sites.
I’ve seen a number of LinkedIn ads in recent months related to VTubers – production, artist management, social media management. So that’s something if it’s a field you’re interested in.
Assuming you’re pretty young based on this post but feel free to provide more info. There are so many avenues to get into the media industry from supporting the content promotion to actually producing the content.
If you’re confident in your ideas and illustration skills, why not create a portfolio and apply to some roles out there?
If you feel like you still need to hone some skills / learn from industry professionals, why not try some online classes like https://schoolism.com/ or https://www.cgmasteracademy.com/
Although the links I provided are more geared towards film and video game, I think the skills will be similar. You basically want to get better at your actual ability to draw/paint and your ability to story-tell through a visual medium. Then, from there do research on artists whose careers you admire and what kind of portfolio you need to build to get there.
I don’t know details of the manga industry myself, but I’m sure the path is not that different regardless of your background — create a body of work that represents your abilities and apply to roles that you find online.
