Received job offer from Human Resocia in Japan, looking for some current/former employee advice

Sorry I was not sure if its suitable to ask here, if it violates the rule will delete ASAP.

I have got my job offer from Human Resocia Japan last week and now still considering whether to accept it or not. I’ve gone through some research about the company on some website (like glassdoor, other japanese company rating site, also reddit question but it was answered few years ago , and etc.). By that, I’ve seen some good comment and bad comment about the company so still bit unsure about it and would like to ask about the working culture of the company especially the dispatch work style (since I got the offer as a dispatcher).

So at here would like to former/current employee to get some new update and ask about how the dispatch work process goes(like how they assign you to the client/project) because quite a lot of time I’ve seen these kind of comment (you will suffer when you don’t get enough skill set basically means you get less paid because didn’t hold any task or project to do). Is the employee pick the project themselves or the company choose the project for you and dispatch you directly to the client site?

I am fresh graduate at the moment, so any help or advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

  1. Dispatch process works by then sending you off to another company where you work for 3 years and then you get moved elsewhere. Depending on the dispatch company, they may offer a “buyout” price where the dispatch employee gets hired by the company they are outsourced to.

Dispatch workers in general are only hired to do a certain task and may be restricted from company secrets or other confidential information.

FWIW here is the vorkers page

2.89 is a little bit on the lower end.

  2. I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about Human Resocia, including them requiring that you live in their shared dorms and them changing contractual stuff without your permission.
