A few handmade things


This is a bit old but I never got around to posting it. Have worked at a Japanese restaurant on and off for ~14 years and picked up a few things. Would eat nothing but sushi if I could. 🤤

  1. Love hand rolls. I tried Uni once and it wasn’t my favorite, but then again I had it in Arizona so maybe not fresh? I need to revisit it again though.

    I too could eat sushi just about all the time if possible. I get stuffed on it, then literally a few hours later, I am craving it again.
