Bought some sweet soy sauce and mixed it with coconut aminos for sushi dipping. Anyone use this stuff?

1. I suppose it could be used for sushi, but it’s primary use is for Thai and stir fry dishes.

2. I use it for sushi very often and for dipping surimi sticks in it
