Cycle Shimanami Kaido Trail

I am picking up my bike in Onomichi Giant store, when I reserved my bike, it would only let me reserve it if I said I was returning it to the same location, but I would prefer to drop it off at Imabari, I don’t mind paying the fee. If I just arrive at Imabari, will they take my bike, even if I reserved it to return to Onomichi?

  1. What type of bike are you renting? According to [their FAQ](https://bicyclerental.jp/en/area/hiroshima/8/) the one-way service is only available for road bikes and there is a limited supply.

    I just tried a random reservation, and [it allows me to do one-way](https://i.imgur.com/SyCrWHz.png). Either you are choosing the wrong bike, or there’s no bikes left for that date.

    Edit: Correction, it gives me 0 results. You could try calling.

    I rented from [Shimanami Cycle](https://shimanami-cycle.or.jp/rental/english). The bikes are not of the best quality, but the route doesn’t really necessitate a great bike, and you can return them to any of their 10 terminals.
