What special questions should I expect as a second time applicant?

What questions can I expect that are unique to second time applicants aside from “what have you done to make yourself a stronger candidate”?

I got in on my 4th attempt. My previous attempts weren’t even mentioned.

I got in on my second attempt. First time I was made an alternate but never upgraded. They didn’t mention my previous application or ask how I’d made myself a stronger candidate

Alternate on my first attempt. Shortlisted on my second. They never brought up anything regarding my previous application

My previous interview or applications were never mentioned either. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
