  1. When describing how an accessory describes a person’s looks, what does あまし mean?

  2. So I’m aware you can use て form to link sentences together,
But recently I saw a grammar point that essentially does the same thing, just slightly different method.

So using either the ます stem for verbs, minus the ます + the second sentence.
Or an い adjective replacing the final い with く + second sentence.

Whats the difference between this and て form?? Is it interchangeable? Or an alternative expression??

  3. Finished my excel spreadsheet of vocabulary that i’m transfering to Anki.

However, i never fiddled with Anki’s settings and I think the default ones are horrible for pacing and memorization. Are there settings template suggestion?
