It’s a long shot but I’d like to hope at least one person may know.
I’m joining a new cheer team this week and have been looking for flyer appropriate shorts to buy. It seems like it may not be the season to get gym shorts and I’ve had to resort to wide waterproof ones from GU as a temporary fix but I know won’t be ideal in the long run… does anyone know of any stores that stock cheer-specific sportswear? Only ones I’ve found are online stores that import Nfinity goods for a minimum of 8000¥.
Also trying to figure out the cheer apparel brands in Japan – if anyone has any recommendations please let me know!!

I joined one for a bit and I just used cheap GU short pants and t-shirts. During training this will do just fine. If your worried about sweating, I would suggest having a look at UNIQLO sport wear since its pretty affordable.
The only thing I would really invest in is good shoes! Your club might have a required type / brand / color of shoes so I would be sure to check beforehand.
