Was recently forced to complete the installation of this, certainly didn’t initiate it myself. I found myself in some 5 step installation process and pressing the back button was disabled, and even restarting my phone didn’t work! It seems to have reset all the home screens back to what they were when I first got the phone.
I can add my application shortcuts back, but some of them were to useful webpages, that I have simply now lost.
Has anyone had any success with Docomo in removing this junk from their phone?

I use Nova launcher so I don’t have to deal with that .
Once you install a different launcher, you never have to deal with the Docomo one again… why were you using it?
I go sim free because I saw trash like that.
Switch your launcher and disable the NTT apps in your settings.
