  1. I love avocado as a sushi topper. Honestly my favorite part of a Rainbow Roll. The creaminess it adds to fish on the inside is perfect.

  2. What’s the red inside of those rolls in the upper left? Just curious.

    Honestly, I love sushi, but I’d absolutely eat something like this and be perfectly happy even without the fish. Sometimes you’re just not in the mood or don’t want to shell out the cash, I absolutely get it.
