広島お好み焼き. Hiroshima okonomiyaki. I made this the same way I do every time. I was taught by chef at Miyajima restaurant Momochan Okonomiyaki. This time I can taste the oil and I don’t know why. I use a little oil to fry egg. I use Zojirushi hot plate.

  1. Oooh. Would you be willing to share your okonomiyaki recipe? I’ve had it at a couple of local restaurants, but none of them taste right. I’m hoping a Hiroshima recipe might come closer, as I first developed a taste for it in Iwakuni. 🙂
