Sorry if this question has been asked before. When I got accepted to work for Interac last year and they lost almost all their Yokohama/Kawasaki positions, I was able to see the news/who won the contracts on Kawasaki’s website which made me think it might be possible to see other locations. Has anyone had any success seeing who dominates what area? I’m specifically interested in Adachiku, but I couldn’t see on their website if they are contracted to Borderlink, Heart, or none at all. Is it a hit or miss?

No, but you could call the BOE and ask
I didn’t know interac lost a lot of their positions in Yokohama/Kawasaki. Damn , doesn’t look good for them . I work in Odawara so not familiar with the inner city contracts.
The list of project tenders from the ward office of each BOE, as well as the results, are all public information, and I’m actually somewhat surprised that the various ALT communities hasn’t yet put together a simple database or wiki page tracking these.
There isn’t a centralized database at this time, but there are websites that track public tenders as well as their results when they become available, although it’s only Japanese.
I had known about some of the areas/contracts that were lost/won by some of the dispatch companies for FY2022 as early as November last year, as I had been keeping an eye on those areas as I was considering requesting to transfer there – only to learn that a different dispatch company had won the tender. However, the results of some of the tenders were not released until mid-February.

Adachi is Heart territory at the moment. The nature of the dispatch industry is Schrodinger’s Contract, is it there or not, we don’t know. We will find out around January or February.
Every now and then, some contracts are good for 3 years, but it will take research to find out which ones are so.
